Provided end-to-end IT support for Nestlé Jordan as the first point of contact for network, IT and security inquiries. Managed procurement, programming and installation of company assets, kept KPIs above thresholds, and led Nestlé Middle East’s digital transformation initiatives as Jordan’s Digital Transformation Champion.
Developed and enhanced the continuous learning process of more than 10 intelligent chatbots interacting with international markets, implemented on different social media platforms such as (FB Messenger, twitter, etc).
Built, designed and presented databases and infographics utilizing Geographical Information Systems (GIS) softwares (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMaps and DevResults). Researched USAID’s implementation of programs for improved outreach & broader public beneficence.
Thesis: Researched the advantages of using Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN) in pattern recognition and validation. Research - Member of SSAI group focusing on machine learning, pattern recognition, computer vision and biometrics.
Ranked 1st across Jordan in the national proficiency exam in computer engieering. Designed, constructed and programmed an Intelligent Industrial Parts Sorting Systems via Computer Vision as a senior graduation project - Scored 89% Erasmus Mundus exchange student in University of L’Aquila - Italy.
